Dr. F. Stephen Larrabee, USA, born 1944:

Larrabee was on the staff of JFKennedy's brother Ted Kennedy from 1974-1976.

1976-1980 Member of the White House Staff under US President Carter and his security advisor Zbig Brzezinski, NSC (National Security Council).

Larrabee was responsible for “East-European Matters” and the writing of hundreds of books and scientific reports.

Larrabee was main supporter of JB Koeppl`s publication in the national and international edition of US Newsweek 21st April 1980 about the waste of 40 trillion USD tax money in the NATO countries from 1974 to 2022. Title of the issue: “My Turn”.

S. Larrabee has family roots in France and studied political science at Yale. Before his White House work, he worked for the US broadcaster Radio Free Europe in Munich.

While on a skiing holiday in Andalo, Italy, Larrabee met political scientist JB Koeppl. They became close friends because of their shared political views and worldviews.

Ruediger Loewe, Germany, born 1945,

deceased 2021:

From 1966 to 2010, Loewe was very close friends with the Clintons, Bill and Hillary, among others. The three of them developed political paths to far-reaching solutions to problems. However, Loewe, a television journalist, turned down the BC's offer of an advisory position on the BC staff and remained in his "beloved Bavaria". The friendship between the three lasted from 1967 to 2010.

A publication on his political actions and experiences is being planned with the title: "The exciting experiences of an international political expert":

JB Koeppl has been a doctor of political science at the LMU University of Munich since 1979 in the field of “NATO policy and arms management”.

Political practice in the national and international political world began in 1967, starting with a deputy local chairman of a German party (the CSU) together with Ulrich von Trotha. In order to get to know the party landscape, several memberships in German parties followed until 1995, whereby an international party grouping was unsuccessfully approached in Europe in 1995.

From 1974 to 1994 he worked as a consultant for a company for the German federal government in the following areas, among others:

Attended three world climate conferences from 1985 onwards. Attempted to hold a climate conference with Alfred Herrhausen, among others, to find a solution.

JB Koeppl received the Konrad Adenauer Foundation's "Highly Gifted Scholarship" from 1976 to 1979. In 1975 he began his doctorate on corruption in NATO armaments, supervised by the later NATO Secretary General Dr. Manfred Wörner. 1979 Rejection of the US arms industry's offer of USD 5 million.

This offer would have enabled him to join the high-billionaire club.

1982 Speech to the MONT PELERIN SOCIETY in Berlin before the "insiders", at that time a subordinate organization of the BILDERBERG GROUP. The following is a short excerpt from JB Koeppl's speech to the "Mont Pelerin Society" in 1982 in Berlin at the Intercontinental Hotel:

"The efficiency of NATO's armament policy is important in order to prevent major economic crises and public debt. States must not waste taxpayers' money senselessly. Otherwise, national debt and economic crises will be encouraged... The era from the year 2000 onwards will be very dangerous for the world economy...!"

JB Koeppl and JH Koeppl attempted to establish a qualified political party in Europe through a European financial club.

The attempts failed due to the passivity of the citizens and not only due to the disinterest of the economic and political elite.

The consequence of this failure was the development of the curriculum for a basic political education of the citizens and their political elite through the above-mentioned ANP, today POLITIC-UNI.COM (to this day a vain wait for donors despite the eminent importance of this project).

From 1986 onwards, his brother JH Koeppl and others made laborious attempts to publish and, above all, film the key novel "Antaris". The efforts ran from 1986 to 2022, as far as Cannes, Geneva and Hollywood. Neither the film industry nor society itself wanted to see the breakthrough of the novel and the film and to this day they threw up insurmountable hurdles. The tax authorities also opposed and continue to oppose this project.

More than 10 websites since 1998 have also failed to move citizens in a sensible political direction. As of 2023, there is no chance of a breakthrough of major solutions.

J. Herman Koeppl, Germany, born 1945, died 9 April 2024:

A business graduate and lawyer with a talent for music and film, he was and is, of his own free will, a victim of his brother's political actions from 1980 onwards and was thus drawn into the "devil's complex of politics".

JH Koeppl's commitment to the breakthrough of political solutions since 1980 is highly remarkable, and particularly burdensome for him. One day, this commitment will be particularly highlighted, as in the publication of the accusatory BOOK IV by Dr. JB Koeppl entitled: "The exciting experiences of an international political expert".

JH Koeppl (pseudonyms Constantin Antaris among others) is one of the rare witnesses who can confirm how even public authorities and the judiciary and many citizenships thwarted the most vital reforms to the detriment of descendants.

From 2001 to 2022, J. Herman Koeppl presented his brother's achievements in political forums (SPIEGEL, Stern, Focus, SZ, DIE ZEIT, Facebook, etc.) and in thousands of his articles and comments. Some of the publications were digitally secured as evidence. However, especially in the years from 2010 onwards, a section of the population has spread, especially in Germany, whose ignorance and arrogance cannot be surpassed, thus blocking the BREAKTHROUGH OF A SOLUTION for future generations.

JH Koeppl has lost his physical health due to several accidents, a lack of funding and intrigues - which puts a heavy burden on his brother. In addition to his film, legal and other activities, JH Koeppl also wrote a piano concerto between 1990 and 1992, the Piano Concerto in C major, Op 1.

He is and was someone who, like no other, has tried for over 50 years to help eliminate the impending global mega-problems.

He also appeared as CONSTANTIN ANTARIS, for example in the forums of “social medias” from 2000 onwards, and wrote himself “wund” in order to make the most crucial solutions palatable to other people.

In vain, because 99% of them only intended to live out their need for recognition and their cowardice.

In despair, my brother saw the egoism of the time, a very foolish one.

Globally, the signs point to a storm. Huge crises could occur worldwide in the next 10 years.

Now my twin brother is moving on to another life and sees the big mistakes even more clearly.
