real, political solutions

which, despite the much too highly praised use of AI*, despite the masses of universities, professors, assistants, students, journalists, have not even been remotely recognized to this day.
The deepest reason:
Too many people are suffocating in their millions of distractions and selfish lifestyles - and the professors along with them.
Furthermore, the real solutions are always unpleasant at first!
Most important questions:
Who would board a plane piloted by completely untrained people?
-Who allows laypeople to perform surgery in clinics?
Who goes to classical concerts with completely inexperienced conductors?
But in hyper-complex politics, this has happened and continues to happen far too often since time immemorial!
This was already criticized thousands of years ago by the two great Greek philosophers Plato and Aristotle.
More recently, John F. Kennedy (1960), but only internally within his staff, and the former German Chancellor Helmut Schmidt – the latter publicly on television in 2009.
But the situation is much more dramatic:
-To this day, citizens and voters receive no training for the election, and certainly no proper training!
-And not even the parents are responsible for raising their children!
