The West abandons its selfish foreign policy and finally understands
that the peoples of the world—including Iran—have very legitimate claims to their own development and national individuality.
This policy would have laid the groundwork for a qualified, if necessary even military, approach to the Iranian regime, based on the psychological principle of the PLUS-MINUS STRATEGY.
