Larrabee was an aide to Ted Kennedy, brother of JFK Kennedy, from 1974 to 1976. From 1976 to 1980, he was a White House aide under US President Carter and his National Security Advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski, NSC (National Security Council).

Larrabee was responsible for "Eastern European Affairs" and authored hundreds of books and scholarly reports. He played a key role in securing the publication of J. B. Koeppl's article in the national and international editions of the American magazine Newsweek on April 21, 1980. In the article, titled "My Opinion," Koeppl addressed the waste of 40 trillion US dollars of taxpayer money in NATO countries between 1974 and 2022. Larrabee studied political science at Yale University. Before his time at the White House, he worked for the American broadcaster Radio Free Europe in Munich.

Rüdiger Loewe, Germany,

died December 2021:

From 1966 to 2010, Loewe was a close friend of Bill and Hillary Clinton. Together, they developed political strategies for addressing far-reaching problems. Loewe was a German television journalist. He provided J. B. Koeppl and J. Hermann Koeppl with extensive insider information from the Kennedy and Clinton eras. See also photos under "Films, YouTube."

Loewe maintained contacts with politicians such as Senator Fulbright and Senator R.F. Kennedy in the White House.

J. Herman Koeppl, Germany,

died April 9, 2024:

He dedicated a large part of his life to the major questions and solutions of our time. A graduate in business administration and law, and gifted in music and film, he became entangled—of his own free will—in the political machinations of his brother in 1980, thus becoming trapped in the "vicious cycle of politics." His commitment to political solutions since 1980 is highly commendable and a particular burden for him. This commitment will one day receive special recognition, for example, in the publication of Dr. J. B. Koeppl's indictment, Book IV, entitled: "The Exciting Experiences of an International Political Expert."

JH Koeppl (also using the pseudonym Constantin Antaris) is one of the few witnesses who can confirm how even public authorities, the judiciary, and many citizens thwarted crucial reforms to the detriment of future generations.

From 2001 to 2022, J. Herman Koeppl presented his brother's achievements in political forums (SPIEGEL, Stern, Focus, SZ, DIE ZEIT, Facebook, etc.) and in thousands of articles and commentaries. Some of these publications were digitally documented. However, particularly in Germany, since 2010 a segment of the middle class has spread whose ignorance and arrogance are virtually unparalleled, thus blocking any groundbreaking solutions for future generations.

From 2017 onward, JH Koeppl suffered a severe decline in his health due to several accidents, lack of financial resources, and political intrigue.

In addition to his work in film, law, and other fields, J.H. Koeppl also composed a piano concerto, the Piano Concerto in C major, Op. 1, between 1990 and 1992.

born September 24, 1945: pseudonym ROBERT KENDEL.

From 1980 onward, JB Koeppl and his twin brother predicted global developments and published their predictions in books such as "NATO Arms Management," "The Most Important Secret of Humanity DWGM," and in the groundbreaking novel "Antaris" (pseudonym Robert Kendel).

JB Koeppl received his doctorate in political science from LMU Munich in 1979, specializing in “NATO Policy and Armaments Management”. His political career began in 1967 with his work as deputy chairman of the CSU (Christian Social Union) together with Ulrich von Trotha.

To gain political experience, he was a member of several German political parties until 1995 and unsuccessfully attempted to initiate a positive movement with others during that time.

From 1974 to 1994, he worked as a consultant for a company that advised the German Federal Government on topics including:

JB Koeppl participated in three World Climate Conferences starting in 1985. Among other things, he attempted to organize a climate conference with Alfred Herrhausen, then CEO of Deutsche Bank, that would lead to fundamental solutions for environmental protection.

From 1976 to 1979, JB Koeppl received a scholarship from the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.

In 1975, JB Koeppl began his doctoral studies on corruption in NATO armaments under the supervision of the future NATO Secretary General, Dr. Manfred Wörner.

His publications include articles in Newsweek, Financial Times, Die Welt, German television, Der Spiegel, and a US Senate report on Senator John Glenn. (See Films, YouTube.) He maintains contacts with politicians at home and abroad, both current and future.

In 1979, he and his brother rejected a $5 million offer from the US defense industry.

In 1982, he and his brother rejected a billion-dollar offer from the New York financial world, delivered by John McCloy II on behalf of David Rockefeller.

The offer would have granted him access to the ultra-wealthy.

1982:

Speech before the Mont Pelerin Society in Berlin to "insiders," a sub-organization of the Bildberg Group. There, he was offered a professorship at the US Naval Academy in Monterey.

This offer was also declined.

From 1995 to 1997, he and his brother attempted to found a European political party. This effort failed miserably due to the political ignorance and brutal egoism of society.

Starting in 1997, a complex curriculum development project was undertaken for the future University for Politicians and Citizens (ANP / POLITIC-UNI.COM).

In 2012, on the occasion of German Unity Day, contact was made with Angela Merkel and other high-ranking federal politicians. The criticism was directed at the unprofessional handling of political issues. *

The following is an excerpt from J. B. Koeppl's speech to the "Mont Pelerin Society" in 1982 at the Intercontinental Hotel, Berlin:

"Efficiency in NATO defense policy is crucial to preventing severe economic crises and national debt. States must not waste taxpayers' money senselessly. Otherwise, national debt and economic crises will worsen… The period from the year 2000 onward will be dangerous for the global economy…!"

Subsequently, the ANP developed a curriculum for a basic political education program for citizens and their political elite.
