The best democracy is the ELITE DEMOCRACY, the PERSONALITY DEMOCRACY, in which only the future head of government is eligible for election, who can then be voted out by the people at any time:

There will be no more endless disputes and high payments to the “most unfit co-governors” – and in the end, no one will know who did what.

The elected person can choose his or her own leadership teams without any influence.

The facts are clear, and so are the responsibilities. The elected official, the president, the head of government, bears sole responsibility.

He is elected for a ten-year term, allowing him to plan for the long term and pursue the best long-term goals! Constructive calm is brought to the democracy. However, he can be voted out at any time by a qualified majority of the population.

The modern head of government doesn't "dance" from event to event. He can concentrate on highly qualified governance.
