Born in 1944, died in September 2024:

Larrabee was on the staff of JF Kennedy's brother Ted Kennedy from 1974 to 1976.

1976-1980 Member of the White House Staff under US President Carter and his National Security Advisor Zbig Brzezinski, NSC (National Security Council).

Larrabee was responsible for “East-European Matters” and the writing of hundreds of books and scientific reports.

 

Larrabee was the main supporter of JB Koeppl's publication in the national and international editions of US Newsweek on April 21, 1980, about the waste of 40 trillion USD of taxpayers' money in NATO countries from 1974 to 2022. The issue was titled "My Turn".

S. Larrabee has family roots in France and studied political science at Yale. Before his White House work, he worked for the US broadcaster Radio Free Europe in Munich.

 

 

 

Ruediger Loewe, Germany, born 1945,

Deceased December 2021:

 

Loewe was a close friend of Bill and Hillary Clinton from 1966 to 2010. Together they devised political strategies for far-reaching solutions to problems. Loewe was a German television journalist. Dr rer. pol. JB Koeppl, Deutschland, geboren 24.9.1945: Pseudonym ROBERT KENDEL.

Through JB Koeppl and with the help of his twin brother, from 1980 onwards, the prediction and publication of today's global, dangerous developments in books such as "NATO Arms Management", "The Most Important Secret of Mankind DWGM" and in the key novel "Antaris" under the pseudonym Robert Kendel.

A publication about his political actions and experiences is planned: "The Exciting Experiences of an International Political Expert". The book will, among other things, showcase his direct and indirect contact with hundreds of politicians in East and West Germany, including political science professors in the USA and Germany.

 

JB Koeppl received his doctorate in Political Science from LMU Munich in 1979, specializing in "NATO Policy and Armaments Management." His political experience in national and international politics dates back to 1967, beginning with his role as deputy local chairman of the CSU (Christian Social Union) alongside Ulrich von Trotha.

To gain experience in the political landscape, I became a member of several German political parties until 1995, during which time I unsuccessfully attempted to join an international party group in Europe. From 1974 to 1994, I worked as a consultant for a company advising the German Federal Government, among other areas:

Global climate policy.

Attended three World Climate Conferences starting in 1985. Attempted, among other things with Alfred Herrhausen, to hold a climate conference relevant to finding solutions.

 

JB Koeppl received the Konrad Adenauer Foundation's "Highly Gifted Scholarship" from 1976 to 1979. Beginning in 1975, he worked on his doctoral dissertation on corruption in NATO arms procurement, supervised by the future NATO Secretary General, Dr. Manfred Wörner. In 1979, he and his brother rejected the US arms industry's multi-million dollar offer of $5 million.

In 1982, he and his brother rejected a billion-dollar offer from New York's "high finance," delivered by John McCloys II on behalf of David Rockefeller.

In 1982, he gave a speech to "insiders" at the Mont Pelerin Society in Berlin, a subordinate organization of the Bildberg Group. There, he was offered a professorship at a US university, the US Naval School in Monterey.

He dedicated a large part of his life, with tremendous effort, to addressing the major questions and finding solutions of our time. A graduate in business administration and law, and gifted in the arts and film, he has, of his own free will, been a victim of his brother's political actions since 1980, thus becoming entangled in the "devil's complexes of politics." JH Koeppl's commitment since 1980 to achieving political solutions is highly commendable, and particularly burdensome for him. This commitment will one day be given special recognition, for example, in the publication of Dr. JB Koeppl's accusatory BOOK IV, entitled: "The Exciting Experiences of an International Political Expert."

 

JH Koeppl (pseudonyms Constantin Antaris among others) is one of the rare witnesses who can confirm how even public authorities, the judiciary, and many civic bodies thwarted vital reforms to the detriment of descendants.

 

From 2001 to 2022, J. Herman Koeppl presented his brother's achievements in political forums (SPIEGEL, Stern, Focus, SZ, DIE ZEIT, Facebook, etc.) and in thousands of articles and commentaries. Some of these publications were digitally documented. He is and was someone who, like no other, tried for over 50 years to help eliminate the impending global mega-problems.

He also performed as CONSTANTIN ANTARIS, for example in the forums of "social media" from 2000 onwards, and wrote himself "sick" in order to make the most crucial solutions palatable to fellow human beings.

My brother despaired at the selfishness of the times.
