Dr. F. Stephen Larrabee, USA, born 1944, sadly passed away September 2024:

Larrabee was on the staff of JFKennedy's brother Ted Kennedy from 1974-1976.

1976-1980 Member of the White House Staff under US President Carter and his security advisor Zbig Brzezinski, NSC (National Security Council).

Larrabee was responsible for “East-European Matters” and the writing of hundreds of books and scientific reports.

 

Larrabee was a main supporter of JB Koeppl's publication in the national and international edition of US Newsweek, April 21, 1980, about the waste of 40 trillion USD of taxpayer money in NATO countries from 1974 to 2022. Title of the issue: "My Turn".

S. Larrabee has family roots in France and studied political science at Yale. Before his White House tenure, he worked at the US broadcaster Radio Free Europe in Munich.

During a skiing vacation in Andalo, Italy, Larrabee met political scientist JB Koeppl. They developed a close friendship based on shared political views and worldviews.

 

 

 

Ruediger Loewe, Germany, born 1945,

sadly passed away December 2021:

 

From 1966 to 2010, Loewe was very close friends with the Clintons, including Bill and Hillary Clinton. The three developed political approaches to far-reaching solutions. However, Loewe, a television journalist, declined the BC's offer of an advisory position on the BC staff and remained in his "beloved Bavaria." Dr rer. pol. JB Koeppl, Deutschland, geboren 24.9.1945: Pseudonym ROBERT KENDEL.

 

From 1980 onwards, JB Koeppl, with the help of his twin brother, predicted and published today's global, dangerous developments in books such as "NATO Armaments Management", "The Most Important Secret of Humanity DWGM" and in the key novel "Antaris" under the pseudonym Robert Kendel.

 

A publication on his political activities and experiences is planned: "The exciting experiences of an international political expert."

 

This book presents, among other things, direct and indirect contact with hundreds of politicians in East and West **, including political science professors in the USA and Germany.

 

JB Koeppl has held a doctorate in political science from LMU Munich in 1979, specializing in NATO policy and arms management. He has been active in national and international politics since 1967, beginning as deputy chairman of a German party (CSU) together with Ulrich von Trotha. To gain familiarity with the party landscape, he subsequently became a member of several German parties until 1995, including an unsuccessful attempt to form an international party group in Europe in 1995.

From 1974 to 1994 he worked as a consultant for the German Federal Government in the following areas, among others:

World climate policy.

Attended three world climate conferences starting in 1985. Attempted to hold a climate conference with Alfred Herrhausen, among others, to find a solution.

 

JB Koeppl received the Konrad Adenauer Foundation's "Highly Gifted Scholarship" from 1976 to 1979. In 1975, he began his doctoral thesis on corruption in NATO's armaments industry, supervised by future NATO Secretary General Dr. Manfred Wörner.

1979 Rejection of the US arms industry's multi-million dollar offer of USD 5 million.

1982 Rejection of a billion-dollar offer from New York's "high finance," submitted by John McCloys II on behalf of David Rockefeller.

This offer would have made it possible for him and his brother to join the billionaire club.

 

In 1982, he delivered a speech to the Mont Pelerin Society in Berlin, before the "Insiders," then a subordinate organization of the Bilderberg Group. He was offered a professorship at a US university, the US Naval School in Monterey. The offer was withdrawn due to his bold reference to "global misdevelopments."

 

From 1995 to 1997, an attempt to build a European party failed due to political ignorance and the brutal egoism of society.

 

From 1997 onwards, the complex development of the curriculum for a future university for politicians and citizens (ANP / POLITIC-UNI.COM) began.

2012 Contact with Angela Merkel and other high-ranking federal politicians on the occasion of "German Unity Day." Accusation of the unprofessional handling of politics, "where none of them has a profound political education." This contact was made possible through the "accreditation" of J. Herman Koeppl's film crew. *

 

The following is a short excerpt from JB Koeppl's speech to the "Mont Pelerin Society" in 1982 in Berlin at the Intercontinental Hotel:

"Efficiency in NATO's arms policy is crucial to prevent major economic crises and public debt overload. States must not waste taxpayers' money senselessly. Otherwise, government debt and economic crises will be encouraged... The period from the year 2000 onwards will be very dangerous for the global economy..."

 

JB Koeppl and JH Koeppl attempted to establish a qualified political party in Europe through a European financial club.

The attempts failed due to the passivity of the citizens and not only due to the disinterest of the economic and political elite.

 

The consequence of this failure was the development of the curriculum for a basic political education of the citizens and their political elite through the above-mentioned ANP, today POLITIC-UNI.COM (to this day a vain wait for donors despite the eminent importance of this project).

Starting in 1986, his brother JH Koeppl and others made equally laborious attempts to publish and, above all, film the pivotal novel "Antaris." Efforts ranged from 1986 to 2022, reaching Cannes, Geneva, and Hollywood. Neither the film industry nor society itself wanted to see the novel and film achieve a breakthrough, and to this day, they posed insurmountable hurdles. The tax authorities also opposed and continue to oppose this project.

J. Herman Koeppl, Germany, born 1945, died on 9 April 2024:

 

He invested a large part of his life, with enormous effort, in the major questions and solutions of the time. A business graduate and lawyer with a talent for music and film, he was and continues to be a voluntarily victim of his brother's political activities since 1980, thus becoming drawn into the "devil's complex of politics." JH Koeppl's commitment since 1980 to the breakthrough of political solutions is highly remarkable, and particularly burdensome for him. This commitment will one day be particularly highlighted, as in the publication of Dr. JB Koeppl's accusatory BOOK IV, entitled "The Exciting Experiences of an International Political Expert."

 

JH Koeppl (pseudonyms Constantin Antaris among others) is one of the rare witnesses who can confirm how even public authorities and the judiciary and many citizen bodies thwarted the most vital reforms to the detriment of descendants.

 

From 2001 to 2022, J. Herman Koeppl presented his brother's achievements in political forums (SPIEGEL, Stern, Focus, SZ, DIE ZEIT, Facebook, etc.) and in thousands of his articles and commentaries. Some of the publications were digitally preserved. However, especially in Germany, a section of the population has spread since 2010 whose ignorance and arrogance are virtually unsurpassed, thus blocking the breakthrough of future generations.

 

JH Koeppl has suffered severe physical deterioration due to several accidents, a lack of financing, and intrigues – which places a heavy burden on his twin brother.

 

In addition to his film, legal and other activities, between 1990 and 1992 JH Koeppl also wrote a piano concerto, the Piano Concerto in C major, Op. 1.

He is and was someone who, like no other, tried for over 50 years to help eliminate the impending global mega-problems.
