Larrabee was on the staff of JF Kennedy's brother Ted Kennedy from 1974 to 1976.

1976-1980 Member of the White House Staff under US President Carter and his National Security Advisor Zbig Brzezinski, NSC (National Security Council).

Larrabee was responsible for “East-European Matters” and the writing of hundreds of books and scientific reports.

Larrabee was the main supporter of JB Koeppl's publication in the national and international editions of US Newsweek on April 21, 1980, about the waste of 40 trillion USD of taxpayers' money in NATO countries from 1974 to 2022. The issue was titled "My Turn".

S. Larrabee has family roots in France and studied political science at Yale. Before his White House work, he worked for the US broadcaster Radio Free Europe in Munich.

During a skiing holiday in Andalo, Italy, Larrabee met the political scientist JB Koeppl. They developed a close friendship based on shared political views and worldviews.

Ruediger Loewe, Germany, born 1945,

Sadly passed away in December 2021:

From 1966 to 2010, Loewe was a close friend of Bill and Hillary Clinton, among others. The three of them developed political strategies for far-reaching solutions to problems. Loewe, a television journalist, declined the BC's offer of an advisory position on their staff and remained in his beloved Bavaria. J. Herman Koeppl, Germany, sadly passed away on May 9, 2024:

Through JB Koeppl, also with the help of his twin brother, from 1980 onwards, the prediction and publication of today's global, dangerous developments in books such as "NATO Arms Management", "The Most Important Secret of Mankind DWGM" and in the key novel "Antaris" under the pseudonym Robert Kendel.

A publication about his political actions and experiences is planned: "The exciting experiences of an international political expert".

This book showcases, among other things, direct and indirect contact with hundreds of politicians in East and West, including political science professors in the USA and Germany.

JB Koeppl has held a doctorate in Political Science from LMU Munich since 1979, specializing in "NATO Policy and Armaments Management." His political experience in national and international politics dates back to 1967, beginning as deputy local chairman of a German party (CSU) alongside Ulrich von Trotha. To gain experience in the party system, he subsequently held memberships in numerous German parties until 1995, during which time he unsuccessfully attempted to join an international party group in Europe.

From 1974 to 1994 he was a consultant for a company working for the German Federal Government, including in the following areas:

Attended three World Climate Conferences starting in 1985. Attempted, among other things with Alfred Herrhausen, to hold a climate conference relevant to finding solutions.

JB Koeppl received the Konrad Adenauer Foundation's "Highly Gifted Scholarship" between 1976 and 1979. From 1975, he began his doctoral studies on corruption in NATO armaments, supervised by the future NATO Secretary General, Dr. Manfred Wörner.

1979 Rejection of the multi-million dollar offer from the US arms industry amounting to 5 million USD.

1982 Rejection of a billion-dollar offer from New York's "high finance", delivered by John McCloys II on behalf of David Rockefeller.

This offer would have allowed him and his brother to join the club of billionaires.

In 1982, he gave a speech to the "insiders" of the Mont Pelerin Society in Berlin, at that time a subordinate organization of the Bildberg Group. There, he was offered a professorship at a US university, the US Naval School in Monterey. Due to his pointed reference to "global problems," the offer was withdrawn.

From 1995 to 1997, an attempt was made to build a European party. It failed due to the political ignorance and brutal egoism of society.

From 1997 onwards, the complex development of the curriculum for a future university for politicians and citizens (ANP / POLITIC-UNI.COM) began.

In 2012, contact was made with Angela Merkel and other high-ranking federal politicians on the occasion of German Unity Day. Criticism was leveled at their unprofessional handling of politics, "as none of them possess any in-depth political training." This contact was made possible by the "accreditation" of J. Herman Koeppl's film crew.

The following is a short excerpt from the speech given by JB Koeppl to the "Mont Pelerin Society" in 1982 in Berlin at the Intercontinental Hotel:

"Efficiency in NATO's defense policy is crucial to preventing major economic crises and public debt. States must not waste taxpayers' money senselessly. Otherwise, national debt and economic crises will be exacerbated… The period from the year 2000 onward will be very dangerous for the global economy…!"

JB Koeppl and JH Koeppl attempted to establish a qualified political party in Europe through a European financial club.

The attempts failed due to the passivity of the citizens and not only the disinterest of the economic and political elite.

The consequence of this failure was the development of the curriculum for a basic political education of citizens and their political elite via the above-mentioned ANP, now POLITIC-UNI.COM (to this day, a futile wait for investors despite the eminently important significance of this project).

From 1986 onwards, his brother J.H. Koeppl and others made painstaking attempts to adapt the seminal novel "Antaris" for publication and, above all, for the screen. These efforts took place from 1986 to 2022, reaching as far as Cannes, Geneva, and Hollywood. Neither the film industry nor society at large wanted to see the novel and its film adaptation, and they have continued to present insurmountable obstacles to this day. The financial authorities also opposed, and continue to oppose, this project.

J. Herman Koeppl, Germany, born 1945, died on April 9, 2024:

He dedicated a large part of his life, with tremendous effort, to addressing the major questions and finding solutions of our time. A graduate in business administration and law, and gifted in the arts and film, he has, of his own free will, been a victim of his brother's political actions since 1980, thus becoming entangled in the "devil's complexes of politics." JH Koeppl's commitment since 1980 to achieving political solutions is highly commendable, and particularly burdensome for him. This commitment will one day be given special recognition, for example, in the publication of Dr. JB Koeppl's accusatory BOOK IV, entitled: "The Exciting Experiences of an International Political Expert."

JH Koeppl (pseudonyms Constantin Antaris among others) is one of the rare witnesses who can confirm how even public authorities, the judiciary, and many civic bodies thwarted vital reforms to the detriment of descendants.

From 2001 to 2022, J. Herman Koeppl presented his brother's achievements in political forums (SPIEGEL, Stern, Focus, SZ, DIE ZEIT, Facebook, etc.) and in thousands of articles and commentaries. Some of these publications were digitally documented. However, particularly in Germany since 2010, a segment of the middle class has spread that is virtually unparalleled in its ignorance and arrogance, thus blocking any breakthrough in solutions for future generations.

JH Koeppl has suffered severe physical damage due to several accidents, a lack of funding, and also intrigues – which puts a heavy strain on his twin brother.

In addition to his film, legal and other activities, JH Koeppl also wrote a piano concerto between 1990 and 1992, the Piano Concerto in C major Op 1.

He is and was someone who, like no other, tried for over 50 years to help eliminate the impending global mega-problems.
