We humans usually only become good, or at least better, when we are in our own physical pain.

2:

The capable among us only reach the higher ranks when the incompetent have already ruined everything.

3:

The capable are extremely unpopular, the incompetent are extremely popular - according to history, in periods of prosperity.

4: 

"Instincts" and satisfaction are then far more important than reason.

5:

The more data and goods we have, the less intelligent and nervous we become.

6:

Even our sex drives rank far below our desire for recognition during periods of prosperity. Because showing off and overestimating ourselves take precedence over everything else!

7:

We even fall far below the level of animals when we no longer experience distress for a long period of time. This is when devastating, generalized pain develops.

8:

In the world of technology and information, man is distancing himself from nature and becoming completely ugly.

9:

In these phases, the comprehensive, multi-dimensional phases of poverty develop and bring us humans back “down to earth”.
