Even Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle could only ever have spoken of "the best".

But:

1. How do you identify the "best"?

2. How do you train them, what measurable characteristics do they exhibit, in order to distinguish them from bad politicians?

3. Which types of people are the most dangerous in the world – the ones from whom all major, avoidable crises originate?

Tests on tens of thousands of people – indirectly on millions – have shown that the fundamental questions are not even remotely answered correctly – if they are even intended to be answered at all.
