Expensive, naive, quarreling local councillors, representatives and senators no longer exist!

And the mayors, the head of state, the head of government, the head of the EU and the head of the UN are not elected for just four years, but for ten years.

And they can also be voted out at any time by the population starting from 2/3 of the eligible voters.

But why is this long “reign”

absolutely necessary?

The correct paths on our not-so-paradisiacal Earth always have very long "dry spells" at the beginning, often lasting more than four years.

If the government (legislative term) were to last four years, the capable person elected would be immediately voted out by foolish voters.

Unfortunately:

Competent politicians always only partially rise to the top in the painful phases.

But to prevent these phases:

That's what this is about!

Another difference to the traditional parliamentary

democracies,

-which already triggered the WORLD WAR and also the WORLD CLIMATE CATASTROPHES,

-who de facto mostly only put UNTRAINED people on the LISTS: Hitler the prime example,

-which trigger the expensive, inscrutable confusion in parliaments,

-the culprits are very difficult to locate,

-the “parliamentarians” are too often only concerned with VERY PERSONAL ADVANTAGES:

The ideal model only employs HIGHLY TRAINED

on the LISTS,

-who have successfully completed the BEST POLITICIAN SCHOOLS,

-who have already proven themselves to the highest degree at their respective levels.

These lists are the lists of CANDIDATES for

-MAYOR,

-HEADS OF GOVERNMENT, the

-EU PRESIDENT, also the

-UN GENERAL ASSEMBLY CHAIRMAN.

What is equally important:

ALL SUCCESSFUL ENTERPRISES in the world are controlled according to this model,

specifically most successful:

-Orchestra,

-Clinics,

-Company,

-maritime and non-maritime organizations, communities,

-States especially after severe crises!

Now to your Switzerland:

There are also some warning signs in Switzerland about the flawed democracy there:
