also of the West to the peoples,

without this intelligence that the diversity of peoples, cultures, the multitude of different attitudes is the SUPPORTING and MOST ATTRACTIVE PILLAR of ELDER GLOBAL LIFE,

without a UN mandate and total military disarmament worldwide,

without outstanding politicians around the planet

and

far more intelligent populations

the major crises are unavoidable!

It may well be that the Chinese are still taking advantage of the “serious, naive interventions of the West” to “settle outstanding accounts with the West (Opium War)”.
